This morning my lovely hubby rob weighed me in and took my measurements.
This is week 2 of my weight loss journey.
I started at 20 stone 7lb’s and lost 5lb’s in week one.
My weight today is 20 stone exactly – so a 2lb loss this week and a total of half a stone gone.
I have increased my exercise levels a lot in the last week and i’m most noticing it in my measurements.
In total over the last two weeks I have lost :
half an inch from my bust
1 and a half inches from my waist
half an inch from my hips
half an inch from my upper arms
1 and a half inches from my thighs
1 inch from my calves
half an inch from my wrist
I’m not sure how people count total inch loss – do they double up arms and legs? or just count it once?
