Weight 19stone 10lb’s – thats a 4lb loss for the week

Hips 57.5
Thigh 33
Calf 20
Upper Arm 17.5
Ankle 12
Wrist 7
I’m delighted with that loss and i’m noticing definite inch loss which is great.
I’m still following the Hemp Diet and am loving every minute of it.
It’s very easy to follow and isn’t too strict about what you can or can’t eat.
